Repair Policy

In alignment with our commitment to being eco-conscious, Vanessa will repair items within reason in order to extend their lifespan and keep them out of the landfill!

Handmade garments are expected to come with some quirks, but these quirks should not affect the durability or wearability of your garment.

If you have followed the care instructions appropriately and your item has sustained damage, email Vanessa at info@bendlifestyle.co with images and description of the damage. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs, but if it can be repaired, Vanessa will happily repair it for free.
